My left knee regularly paining. I have shown to two Specialist Doctors whose Opinion - knee is swelling and rub, Doctor advise me to take (1) Noble Plus (2) Ershion 90, (3) FaithFlam and heavy pain. Doctor advise for 2 dose. I am taking one dos in Morning time. Several tubes and different type of Oils I am applying. But get relief. Not cure. Any solution Can this knee cure?

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day
