My lower body has too much fat around especially at belly, depression is one of the reason. But now since 1 month I am doing yoga and not eating junk food. But there is no change the fat around belly is same. What to do? Suggest me.

continue yoga its take time minimum 6months and avoid sweet and coldrinks and coffie come out of depression.. by medical counsling.. and start these cap before food nutrislim cap 2times a day....

If you have only concern area is your belly then start including strength training with yoga. And start drinking 12-14glasses of water in a day. your dinner should be light e. G boiled rice and dal or either you can have Dalia. Include cinnamon water with honey on daily basis.
