The researchers in the study found that people with one group of bacteria had a lower risk of developing atherosclerosis than people with a different set of bacteria. There are several other ways eg. exercise, weight loss, smoking cessation by which you can reduce your risk of heart disease. Have all the beer you want but don't justify it as a method for reducing the risk of heart disease!
