I am facing proper evacuation of motion and feel some more will happen but not. It may be due to acidity in the morning. Bloating of stomach in the evening. Gastro prescribed Levegeo 25 and Fludac 20 but whenever I am taking Solvin + Mucolite tab thrice daily, bowel is better and fast cleared. Please guide Levageo 25 + Fludac 20 for 3 months will give me relief or cure. Or guide with your view. I am teetotaller and vegetarian. Precaution required.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative
