My 3 month old son getting small spots on his body and I am afraid that it might be like pox please confirm does a 3 month baby gets pox or not.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, it would have seen better if I had some pics of the spors you are talking about. Its very difficult to comment without seeing the child. Rashes and spots in the first few weeks of life is common, but at 3 months you atleast need to see a doctor for examination of the child. It can still be a benign rash which subsides over a period of time. But as I told you its difficult to comment without having a look, as there are many forms of rashes/spots. Let someone have a look.
