I have suffered from dengue last year though it was not much serious. I was admitted to hospital where after providing enough saline water my platelets level came back to normal position. Now even after 1 year I feel weak after working hard for little time and I cannot talk due to my physical weakness and my body shape has also became very slim and all my family members say" tor chehara khub venge jachhe valo kore khawa dawa kor" but I eat normal diet but my body shape is becoming too lean and I am feeling weak very often. What diet chart should I follow?
