My heart rate is 50-55 readings per minute why this happening. Previously I go to jogging and run but now I am unable to even walk also this problem occurring since from 5 days. Previously my heart rate is better and I am having bp 150/80 for that I go to ground daily but now I am unable to stand and dizzy.
