Hi, I'm getting pain on my arm while playing badminton. I'm not able to play more than two games. If I'm taking rest for couple of hours it will go. And if I'm playing next day the pain will come again.

Hi lybrate-user it's because of muscle strain. Start applying ice over that part. Take a week rest. In that week you need to start applying ice over that part for 5 mins. Can apply an additional supporter. Either a supporter or taping can be done. Can visit a physiotherapist if still it's not subsided. Regards.
