I am 47 year old female have parotid gland problem it grows 3rd time n now I do not want surgery first one done in tanzania and second one was done by Dr. in mumbai and I was very happy with my second surgery but I can see now after 19 year back its growing again I do not have any pain or symptoms so please can you give me another option and what should I do.

Unfortunately for parotid gland swelling (a benign tumor Pleomorphic Adenoma) surgery is the only option. These swelling have high recurrence rate. Disfiguring face, visible swelling are the reasons patients seek treatment, otherwise they are painless and trouble free.
