Hi doctor I want to drink more water but when I drink more water will I get any health problem.Please suggest.

Hi. Our body has unique mechanism of homeostasis. We feel thirsty when body needs water. We feel hungry when body needs food. Also once the need of food or water is fulfilled we feel satiety. So go with internal instinct. And don't worry about what much amount of water you drinks. Nature takes motherly care to keep ourself healthy.
