I am 19 years old. I was on oc pills for 4 months .I finished d last pack and decided to stop taking the pill. But now I am diagnosed with polycystic ovaries .I used to have regular periods but after stopping oc pills I got pcos. Now my gums suggested me to continue my oc pills (I really don't wish to) and has prescribed me with primolut N for five days to get my periods. Is there any other way to cure my pcos and get back to my regular cycle. Or do I need primolut N every month to induce periods.

Pcos problem is a problem where there is hormonal imbalance in the body. Life style modifications like low carbohydrate diet, exersie weight loss can improve the condition. Although some poeple who are thin also have pcos. So avoid putting on weight. If you have irregular cycles take tablets for the periods to come. These factors can help you from developing further worsening of PCO.
