Sir my lips is red but my upper lip part is dark and doesn't match with my lower lip portion what should I do.

Y1ou may try the following home remedies to lighten your lip color.
1.   Exfoliate the lips once a week. 
You don't need any special products or tools for this - Your normal toothbrush would just do fine that too during brushing your teeth .
Alternatively, you can even try using a teaspoon of each coconut/ olive oil + sugar - mix - apply/ dab on your lips and leave for 10 minutes and rinse off... This will not only help you exfoliate but would leave your lips soft and supple!
2.	Use almond oil to massage over your lips.
3.	Apply beetroot/ carrot juice extract over the lips, i.e. grate carrot/ beetroot - blend it - sieve it - apply over lips using cotton balls...!
Try doing this regularly & you will see better results...
Additionally, lemon juice also helps.
Juice of potato or slices of potatoes rubbed over your lips will help you lighten the lips...! ( I don't do it as I don't like the smell of raw potato.
To maintain them pink - you can apply our old tested Vaseline over the lips when you go to bed.
Tips/ Prevention: 
1.	Try using organic lip products - they have less (or no) chemicals in them.
2.	If you smoke, quit smoking.
3.	Minimize the drinking of coffee/ tea too.
4.	You can use Glycerine to prevent darkening.
