Diet means, the food items that you eat habitually. If there avoid alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries. Start with a moderate 20 min exercise and gradually increase up to one hour, these will increase your need of energy and gradually you will get the weight loss. Take at least 3 liter of water a day. Don't take more than 1/2 liter per person in your house, using this calculation you can buy the oil, and don't stick one kind of oil, take different kind.
