My daughter is 3.5 years old, is extremely stubborn & a hyperactive kid. Apart from being fidgety she cries for every demand, is a poor eater, remains cranky & suffers from iron deficiency. She's really giving a tough time to us handling her. Please suggest if psychology has a solution through counseling. Thanks.

Using different and innovative methods to train and feed her will be best done at home, parents are the best guide for kids at this age, and play schools too will be a good place for the kids to learn and form habits along with other kids. Along with that I would advice you to start with swarna prashana as it will help to tone her down a bit and also start giving her chavanprash as an addition to food.
