I usually get 3 4 acne on my jaw line. Please advice me some acne cream to get immediate and fast relief from them. Also my skin is sensitive so creams such as benzoyl peroxide makes my skin red when I apply them. Pls tell some cream to apply when I get acne.

If you maintain good hygiene then you can manage it comfortably without any creams. Do not keep changing the soap. Do not use soap frequently as it will make the skin dry and irritable. Use cold water to wash the face a few times a day. Use salt water to clean the pimples if needed. Maintain hydration (drink 8-10 glasses of water) and have lots of fruits and vegetables every day.
