Both partners need to be investigated in detail for the problem. Nil sperms can b due to either blockage of tubes (problem in transport of sperms) or due to problem in production of sperms (testicular failure). If it a transport issue then sperms can b taken out from testicles and pregnancy can occur with ICSI (test tube baby) and if nil sperms are due to production issue then also this procedure can b tried (chances are low) or donor sperms can b used. Consult a fertility expert.
