To gain muscle power include good amount of protein in your diet like paneer, tofu, lentils and if you are non- vegetarian you can include chicken and fish, egg whites etc. Avoid junk food, refined cereals etc. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits etc. Team Nutrihealth.
