Diet should be normal...less salt..water intake is optimum,,can take protein but not regularly..otherwise normal diet should be maintained..

You Should eat healthy wholesale food instead of processed food. Eat whole fruit instead of juice.avoid junk food and eat more fibre food. Take moderate carbohydrates and fats. Don't eat high protein diet.stick to your basic simple food.for proper food chart consultation is advised
