Start a multivitamin tablet... take some exercise... avoid eating deep fried or even fried items.. and fast food.. Take more fruits.. and green veges.. And have some sun exposure early morning..... This should suffice... You may consult for homoeoapthic treatment to treat the cause of these deficiencies...
