2 years back met accident with fractures proximal tibia. Cured Conventionally? with plaster. Normal walking. For last 1 week, sudden cramps sometimes while walking. Why and how to cure.

Hello ,as you have mentioned you had a fracture in proximal bone of tibia ,I would suggest to strengthen your thigh and leg muscles. Because cramps sometimes occurs due to weakness in muscles as due to fracture and immbilisation in plaster cast muscles get weak and may be stiffness in joints so I would suggest to go to a physiotherapy doctor first of all. Learn some exercises and proper rehabilitate your muscles, thank you.
