Hi. I have been doing workout from past 1 n half year. I consume egg whites, sweet potatoes, dates, milk, banana, sweet corn, etc as my diet. I don't take any supplements or any proteins. I don't see much growth in my body muscles. In terms of workout, I do almost regularly and with intensity. Could you please let me know where I am lagging in terms of protein natutat foods.
