I had an neck injury during somersaulting due to neck over stretch. It's now 2 yr. There is pain in shoulder which comes n goes away time to time. It gets ok with some stretching sometimes muscle relaxants also. Now after 2 years in my mri of cervical there is disc herniation dessication n stenosis. But neurosurgeon of apollo and another spine surgeon told me my mri is ok. Extremely ok. Whatever it may be. Is there any muscle problem which is the underlying cause which I have ignored or doctors ignored? Should I check my uppertrap n levator muscle? Why I am getting the pain? Will it go away completely. please reply in detail.
