I am 32. Weight 75. Height 5" on March 5 I had DNC bcz of no heart beat. Am suffering from thyroid since 15 yrs. Taking thyronorm 75 mg daily. Now I did thyroid test again. Attaching reports. When can I start plan for 2 pregnancy. I am getting puffiness on my face. How can I reduce. Present TSH value is 4.9 and HB% is 13. Am using folic acid 5 mg daily.

Hello Before pregnancy thyroid correction is more important. For that with your current medications ayurveda medicines are also required. For pregnancy wait for 1 more month. Also Mental stability & Freshness plays a much important role. The actual fertilization process is in no ones's hand. You just be happy & try to be normal. Do not think too much. Just go natural process by very fresh mind you will get conceived. Hope you understand what I am saying. Fresh & healthy mind is most important in conceiving process. Do some following procedures for healthy body Don’t eat too much oily food. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times regular. Do not eat late night. Take sound sleep at night. Don’t sleep during day. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Do regular exercises. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if after all reports will give you medicines needed as per reports.
