I am a vegetarian. Reasonably eat well, but my Vit D & Vit B12 are always low. Could you pl suggest some solutions. I am Male 44 years and weigh 63 kgs.

90 percent of vegetarian population suffers from vitamin D and B12 deficiency. So don't consider yourself the only one. The only source for vitamin D is Sunshine. Try exposing your body early mornings to sunlight to get it. You can also start with calcirol sachets once a week to get vitamin D along with calcium. B 12 is not found in vegetarian sources, so again need to stick to capsules.
