I consume 70 gms soya chunk everyday for reason of protein so it is healthy to eat that much of soya chunks daily by just dipping in water.

If you are a vegetarian try to have mushroom, peas, paneer, cheese and seeds to increase protein content. Do not over do with soy products which ll reduce the sperm count and quality in male.

Take other first class protein like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole etc as soya is incomplete protein.
