First of all wake up early in the morning go for walk or jogging, do some yoga ,take less amount of food at a time, take 4to 5 meals a day but amount of food should be less, with this you need proper homeopathic treatment.

1st you have to avoid oily spicy fried salty food stuffs.
Do light exercise and yoga as Surya Namskar regularly. It will stimulate digestive power so that you can consume more food and you can able to digest it's easily.
Take easily digestable nutrional foods and more frequently in less quantity.

1. Avoid stress and anxiety (can do yoga) 2. Drink adequate water for good stool formation
