1. Eat high fiber diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, oats.
2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken.

Hi,
Take tab. Triphala 1-2 tab. at night with hot water to get good bowel movements in the morning. Take tab. Avipattikara 1 tab 3 times a day and Gasino syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day. Consume high fiber diet and eat in small quantities frequently. Avoid hot and spicy food, oil fried food and non veg food.

- take some dietary precautions for your problem:
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods
- chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals including snacks for proper digestion, have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime
- take tablet pan 40, 1 tablet daily half an hour before breakfast
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol husk in a glass of warm water & have it an hour before bedtime at night

Please I will suggest you to maintain your bowel so recurrent constipation and other related problems would be avoided avoid maida containing food like cakes biscuits khari toast, fast food avoid processed foods take salads and fruits more before lunch take home made fresh food sleep early and wake up early take 2 glass of water on empty stomach do some walk or do pawanmuktasan go to toilet, do regular exercise yoga and pranayam have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes take cap herbolax 10 2...more

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
