Hello,
you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache
kindly follow advises given below:
you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)
2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day
3. Get check eyes for refractive error

Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly.
Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time.
Wear loose-fitting clothes.
Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food.
If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too.
Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals....more

- do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals for proper digestion, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, take a walk for 10-15 min after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime

Avoid too oily end ghee preparations, over eating.
Add in your daily food calcium, vitamins, minerals, green vegetable salad take fiber food.
Do aerobic exercises, yoga. Do not take water during meals if you feel spicy take only some sip of water. After one hour of meals take water 2 glass of water
for acidity take 2o ml cold milk add 60 ml cold water take when you fill acidity.
Go for walk after dinner 1 to 2 km slowly daily.
Add in your daily food calcium, vitamins, minerals, green vegetable salad take fiber food.
