You should attend health club.You can take sprouts, cereals and pulses in large quantity which would give you enough protein.Soyabean is the only food containing all amino acids which would give good amount of proteins

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.
Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.

Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine.
It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help.

Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like
your appetite?
bowel habits
sleeping habits
kind of your work or job life style
diet etc.
But till you can do following:
take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating
