Vitamin d supplements usually don’t help when taken orally as vitamin d can cause acidity like symptoms. It is better you get vitamin d through injection route.
Also both vitamin b12 and vitamin d are fat soluble, so, never eat them on empty stomach. Have them after a mea...more

Dear user, it is likely you are not consuming fat soluble vitamins.
If vegetarian, consume more dairy products.
If non vegetarian, add oily fish.
If your digestion is bad, then add himalaya bael twice a day.
Get adequate sunlight exposure on skin.
Avoid seeds and dry fruits as they contain phytic acid which depletes our calcium, vitamin d reserves due to their antinutrients properties. Consume amino acids instead of multivitamins. Get minimum 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.more

Try getting vitamin d through injection.
Also increase consumption of dairy products.
Get direct sunlight on skin.
If non vegetarian, consume oily fish.
Avoid nuts, seeds and dry fruits as they contain phytic acid which are antinutrients that deplete our cal...more

I would recommend you get it through natural sources because vitamin d supplements are known to cause inflammation in the gut, such as burning and acidity. Get enough sunlight directly on skin.
Use badam rogan oil and expose your skin to sunlight, you will absorb lot of vitamin d.
If you are non vegetarian, consume oily fishes.
If you are vegetarian, focus on dairy products including milk, curd, ghee, butter. Follow these steps, you will notice drastic change. If lactose intolerant, t...more

For controlling cholesterol take balanced diet with ample green leafy vegetables. Exercise regularly (at least 150 min per week). If after 3 weeks of exercise and balanced diet cholesterol is still high, approach a physician for guidance regarding initiation of medication.
Take food rich in vitamin d (fish, egg) and vitamin b12 (fish, milk egg). You should also take vitamin d supplements. Approach a physician for advice on dosage.
