Hi lybrate-user you can wait for some more days for the wound to heal completely .And then see about getting your dimple .As it is a premolar I think if you replace it with artificial tooth you will surely get it as you muscles in that area won't get drowned.

The easiest way to find out is to get an x-ray, IOPAR (INTRA oral periapical radiograph)
but also I would like you to know usually the impacted tooth is extracted by sectioning it into pieces and sometimes a small portion of the root breaks during this procedure.
And in case bleeding is more while doing this (surgeon takes decision based on the xray and field of extraction site) if the nerve canal is in proximity to the root, a small 0.5-1 or 2 mm root is left inside and the extraction s...more

Hello Lybrate user, we only remove teeth only if it is not performing it's function i.e chewing or aesthetics or is non- restorable. In your case you being 32 I wouldn't recommend the extraction. Yes implant can replace missing teeth but implant has a life of maximium 15 years what after that. I think you should selectively remove those tooth which are too mobile to keep them. This habit is called Bruxism. Habit of grinding teeth or clenching their jaw under stress. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion.
