Hi lybrate-user you can wait for some more days for the wound to heal completely .And then see about getting your dimple .As it is a premolar I think if you replace it with artificial tooth you will surely get it as you muscles in that area won't get drowned.

Hello Lybrate user, we only remove teeth only if it is not performing it's function i.e chewing or aesthetics or is non- restorable. In your case you being 32 I wouldn't recommend the extraction. Yes implant can replace missing teeth but implant has a life of maximium 15 years what after that. I think you should selectively remove those tooth which are too mobile to keep them. Rinse with salt water after every meal. Visit your dentist if any pain or discomfort.

It depends on the skills of dentist. If he possess proper skills then it can be very much less painful. And anaesthesia also helps.
After the procedure you will be given medications to counteract pain. So I think do not worry.
