As Dentist suggestion I want to extract almost all the tooths in mouth due to bone problem. My question is after extraction it is possible to implant all tooths within short period or it will take time. Because after extraction I cannot go for work also as I am 32 years old. Please suggest.

See. First thing to rule out is this why your teeth need to be extracted at such a young age. There must be some medical problem e.g. Diabetes, or some hormonal problem or some other disease that needs to be treated. As far as implants are concerned, full mouth implants can be done provided you are medically fit.

Dear Lybrate user, it's very sad to know that you are going to lose all your teeth at such a young age. The process of implants takes time. Your dentist will obviously provide you with a denture for the time being so that you can indulge in your social life as before. The impact that loss of all teeth has on one's life is understandable. A denture will also be necessary for you to eat. If poor oral hygiene and cavities was a reason for you to lose your natural teeth, you'll have to cautious with implants too. It's an expensive and sensitive surgical procedure and you'll have to maintain good oral hygiene after implant placement also otherwise the implants will fail.

Hello Lybrate user, we only remove teeth only if it is not performing it's function i.e chewing or aesthetics or is non- restorable. In your case you being 32 I wouldn't recommend the extraction. Yes implant can replace missing teeth but implant has a life of maximium 15 years what after that. I think you should selectively remove those tooth which are too mobile to keep them. Hope this helps.
