U shd find out the cause of pcos whether it is bcoz of insulin resistance or thyroid if it is dt thyroid then wt reduction is a difficult task but if you continue with reg exercise do walk and take proper care of your diet with thyroid under control then slowly you will get result. Initially it is frustrating as it does not shed off fast but in due course it works. Take proper dietician advice regarding calorie count.

No. Avoiding a particular food will not help. All foods are good and bad also. It is important what you eat n at what time you eat. This factor determines are you going to lose weight or gain weight with the same food. Generally we do not take breakfast as we are in a hurry in the morning. Hi, flatulence or gas is caused by indigestion. Firstly chew your food well and take atleast 20 mins to eat your food. Have sauf and ajwain mixed after meals for better digestion. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy.
Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat.
Have whole grain cereals like millets ,broken wheat and pulses, sprouts. These grains should be cooked well.

Maintaining proper food gap is ideal but make sure you also incorporate enough fiber in the form of raw veggies, bran, oats in your diet along with regular physical activity to initiate weight loss.

eating yogut on daily basis is not good though so make changes in it(salad, pudina chutney. pickle etc)accordingly.

Reduce the amount of roti to 1 breakfast, 2 lunch n 1 for dinner.
2 should go in for 2 -3 eggs in a day.
Include more salads n fruits in diet.
12-15 glasses of water
sprouts daily once.

Your fasting glucose shows you are having diabetes. Even PP 191 mg is too close to comfort. For diagnosis following are the numbers: Fasting > 126 mg & PP > 200 mg/ 100 ml. Plus HbA1c% >6.5, which is not mentioned. Please get it checked. I have a feeling you are already a diabetic. Stopping non-vegetarian food is not required at all.
