Hi. Am following diet tell me whether diet which am following good or bad to lose weight. Every morning around 8 was drinking green tea after 2 hours Ragi java (no break fast). Around 12 in the afternoon meals. Evening at 5 glass of milk. At night 10 three chapaties. Age: 42, weight: 87 kgs,
