Sir I have made a flour of wheat ,barley, maize ,Jowar ,Bajra, ragi, soybean, all kinds of dal, rajma,Kabuli chana, Kala chana, peas,I make a Paratha of it and have it with yoghurt. please tell me mam this thing is Good or bad for body in any manner. Or should I roast the flour then make the paratha.

its a good habit, you can definately continue with it mr Bhavin. eating yogut on daily basis is not good though so make changes in it(salad, pudina chutney. pickle etc)accordingly. hope this answers your query.
