Hello,
Having quality protein while going to gym is always suggested. But this need not be supplements. Try having 1 gm of protein per kg body weight. your best protein sources are egg whites, soya milk, fat less and lean cut meats and poultry, legumes, pulses, nuts and seeds. Do not go for very high protein per serving supplements as they have risk of effecting your kidneys on long run. Hope this helps you.stay healthy stay fit☺

If you r eating non veg food thrice in a week then you need not take extra proteins. U should take protein supplements only when you exercise. And after exercise. Protein intake depends on your weight. For example if your weight is 64 kgs then you should consume approximately 65 gms of protens. If you r eating vegetarian food then soya, cereals, spinach, milk etc r good sources of proteins.
