Is this compulsory for a fresher gym person to take protein can I do better without protein drink.

Hello, Having quality protein while going to gym is always suggested. But this need not be supplements. Try having 1 gm of protein per kg body weight. your best protein sources are egg whites, soya milk, fat less and lean cut meats and poultry, legumes, pulses, nuts and seeds. Do not go for very high protein per serving supplements as they have risk of effecting your kidneys on long run. Hope this helps you.stay healthy stay fit?
