Hello lybrate-user. The symptoms that you have told me, suggest a hostoruly of orthostatic hypotension. I would recommend you to check your bp first in the sitting position and immidiately after wards, in the standing position. Thake care that the cuff is strapped on to your arm when you are changing position. Take note of the results and contact me again for further course of action.

Add a little exercise/ walk to his daily routine and ask him to start meditating everyday. It will benefit in long run. Yoga etc will also help. He needs to take at least 6-7 hrs of sleep daily. Limit alcohol intake and eat healthy. Talk to him daily and reduce his anxiety. Anti anxiety meds are another solution.
