I would recommend you to check your bp first in the sitting position and immidiately after wards, in the standing position. 1. Get a 2d echo and thread mill test 2. Fbs is higher, get an blood hba1c levels to r/o diabetes.
3. Get a cbc done with peripheral smear to check for anemia /vitamin b12 defeciency. 4. Need more prior history/bp recordings of both arms to narrow down number of tests required.

please note if your heart rate is high when you feel the palpitations. If its ok, its possible you are feeling anxiety. You may discuss this with someone. The lockdown is causing anxiety in many individuals. A way to tackle is to get plenty of exercise, eat healthy and maintain a work life balance. Spend some time outdoors .talk to friends and family. Void being alone and sget a good nights sleep.
