I feel heart palpation and fatigue when I stand up from a sitting position. Sometimes I get tired after little work .i got my normal ecg ,tmt test and blood test .all is normal. I have gerd and hypothyroidism so can someone suggest is it pots or any other condition.

Hello lybrate-user. The symptoms that you have told me, suggest a hostoruly of orthostatic hypotension. I would recommend you to check your bp first in the sitting position and immidiately after wards, in the standing position. Thake care that the cuff is strapped on to your arm when you are changing position. Take note of the results and contact me again for further course of action.
