Hello, i’m getting heart palpitations at night and early morning. It does’t affect me doing any kind of activity and if i’m distracted I can’t feel it. When i’m in the gym or running i’m completely fine with no palpitations. When i’m resting and thinking about it that’s when I feel it.

Dear lybrate-user please note if your heart rate is high when you feel the palpitations. If its ok, its possible you are feeling anxiety. You may discuss this with someone. The lockdown is causing anxiety in many individuals. A way to tackle is to get plenty of exercise, eat healthy and maintain a work life balance. Spend some time outdoors .talk to friends and family. Void being alone and sget a good nights sleep. Thes startegies will help. You may alos contact a counsellor if this does not work for you.
