Generalized body pain is commonly seen in your age due to vitamin B12 and D3 and calcium deficiency. You should get these tested and start taking supplements.
Regular exercise helps.
If the pain persists then tests for arthritis should be done.

- Myofascial pain is a referred pain usually caused by the repeated use of a muscle which is the trigger point
- to avoid it one has to identify the trigger point
- to get relief you can take physical therapy, pain relief tablets, if still no relief then injectibles in the trigger point
- the problem has to be prevented & will return if precaution is not taken.

Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. After workout do you do mild stretching of calf muscles.? calf stretching should be done. after intense exercise one should do cool down activities. You can also apply Ice pack also.

Hello.
First Good explanation.
See as per your wrist fracture and pain till now. It happens. So don't worry. You should full movement only. Pain will go with slow pace sometimes.
Muscle spasm. Do have appropriate water intake protein also.
And also stop sitting for long times. Keep changing your posture.
As per your previous history of gym. Re-start that ,if you don't have that time for gym. Try go for home exercise like Push-ups, sit-ups. Etc.
