According to your height your weight should be 62 kg. To gain muscles, you can join gym & practice resistance training. You can also practice shavasana. Take high protein diet to gain healthy weight. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take soups before meal ad it is good appetizer.

1. Healthy Breakfast options: Poha/Sandwich + Dahi/milk OR Bread + Egg + Dahi/milk OR muesli (w/o added sugar)+ dahi/milk.
2. Carry a bottle of water always with you everywhere & drink 3 litres daily as it is very important to stay hydrated.
3. Have whole fruits, nuts, popcorn, sprouts, chana, roasted crirwa, muri as healthy snack options in between mai meals

At-least have 6-7 meals and gap between meals is too much which slow down your metabolism and weight loss is also slow.
Drink plenty of water and add green tea in between meals.
for example; breakfast/ mid-meal/lunch/evening time/ pre-dinner/ dinner/ post dinner.
Add more fruits and vegetables in the diet.
Add low calories foods like wise: cornflakes, oats, Dalia, muesli etc.

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 18.6 which is good and 4 eggs at breakfast is not nutrition friendly. Add Milk and milk product, Chicken or Tuna fish or egg also as animal resource of protein and Soya bean or Legumes ( Peas/ Beans) pulses as plant source of protein in your daily diet. Sugar free muesli, wheat flakes would be a better choice.
If at all cornflakes are consumed, try and have them with low fat yogurt.
