2. A healthy and balanced diet is essential for overall growth and development. For breakfast, you can have options like whole-grain cereals, eggs, yogurt, fruits, and whole-grain bread with peanut butter.

After the age of 25, it is unlikely that a person can gain significant height through medication or supplements as the growth plates in the bones have typically fused by that age. Masturbation does not have any direct effect on height or bone development. Height is primarily determined by genetics and environmental factors such as nutrition, exercise, and sleep. As for your uneven bones, it is difficult to provide a proper assessment without a physical examination. You may want to consult with a doctor or orthopedic specialist for further evaluation and treatment options.

Your height can be calculated as mid-parental height. The mean, or average, age-adjusted height for adult women 20 years old and up is 63.7 inches. That's just under 5 foot 4 inches.
Add the mother's height to the father's height in either inches or centimeters.
Add 5 inches (13 centimeters) for boys or subtract 5 inches (13 centimeters) for girls.
Divide by 2.

There is no way to increase one's height and it is familial meaning it is based on your family status. You can have mid-parental height
Let's calculate the mid-parental height: (mother's height + father's height)/2.
For a girl's future height, subtract 2½ in (or 6.5 cm): girl's height = mid-parental height - 2½ in (or 6.5 cm)
For a boy's future height, add 2½ in (or 6.5 cm):
