Hii doc. Please am curious. I wanna ask if I can still grow taller and what I can do to maximize my growth. I am male and am 22 years old and am 5 ft, 6.5 inch tall. I have 2 brothers my elder brother is 5 ft, 8 inch and my younger is 5 ft, 8.2 inch tall. I feel like the shortest in the house please what can I do to add at least 1 or 2 inch. I need your professional advice on things to do.
