Hello doc. I am an 18 year old male. My height is 5'10 and weight is 78. I really want to increase my height. I think boys grow till 20. Doctor. Hello, you have a good height already and you should be happy about it. However if you are still anxious about your height try these things, start taking a balanced diet and good sleep specially at night beccause that's when growth hotmone releases.
