Practice pranayama, eat satvik food, should have sound sleep at night, avoid day sleep, wtch on specific object for 5-10 min, all thesewill help to improve concentration without medicine.

1) Find a time during the day when your mind is at its most alert. It could be early morning, evening or night.
2) Find a place with minimal distractions (no sound, interference etc)
3) Plan ahead what you are planning to study for the day. Break it into chunks and set short-term goals.

Dear , if you are able to watch an interesting movie for an hour, or play an interesting game for half an hour, you do not have any concentration problem. Left is your attention span. Interest in the activity improves attention span. Take care.

1. Eat healthy food with more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water
2. Regular exercise at least for 30 min
3. Proper sleep, fix your sleeping hours, at least 7 to 8 hours
4. Meditation and yoga
5. Don't cram your answers, understand them so that it will remain in your memory for long time.
