Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. You stomach has undergone a lot. I advise you to first start with exercises to improve stomach skin and tone. Topical application of creams will help but not as much as exercising and good diet. start with daily brisk walk. As far as application is concerned, massage with a mixture of olive oil and wheat germ oil.

Follow periods paricharya strictly during periods
avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during periods
take proper rest during periods
1/2 strength in morning is best way for lossing extra fat
