Use olive oil or warm coconut oil in the joints and massage the areas in round circular motions. Use the therapy as needed.
  3. Apple Cider Vinegar
    Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory and alkaline-forming properties that can help in reducing the pain caused by the stiffness in the joints. They also help in getting rid of the toxins accumulated in the joints. To make the best use of it, mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a few drops of honey in a glass of warm water. I met with and accident in 2011 and underwent surgery for compartment syndrome and was on bed for 3 moths and then 2012 had another seizure for pcl acl mcl reconstruction. after that I had a pain in knee whenever I walk and extend my knee 180 degree.
