  2. Massage Therapy
    Massaging the affected areas will also help reduce the severity of the pain. It also manages your blood circulation and can have a soothing impact on the affected muscles. To massage either opt for a professional therapy or if you are doing it at home, please ensure that you are in a relaxed environment. Use olive oil or warm coconut oil in the joints and massage the areas in round circular motions. Use the therapy as needed.
  3. Apple Cider Vinegar
    Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory and alkaline-forming properties that can help in reducing the pain caused by the stiffness in the joints. They also help in getting rid of the toxins accumulated in the joints. To make the best use of it, mix a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a few drops of honey in a glass of warm water. Drink it twice daily before having your meal. Alternatively you can use it to massage you joints by mixing 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar and a few drops of extra-virgin olive oil.

Are there any side effects?

No, there are no side effects when using these home remedies. But always ensure that you follow the guidelines with care. Try using unfiltered natural apple cider vinegar, as it would be more effective. When using the cold press method, use treated and pure water. The massages should also be done with precision, so that they don't cause any harm. In case of any discomfort, pain or if the condition worsens, consult a doctor.

What are the post-remedy guidelines?

Undertaking heavy chores or exercising after such home remedies can be harmful. If you hurt yourself in any way, rest and call for medical help.
