for increasing ferritin levels, include whole egg, chicken, fish, soyabean/nutrella/tofu, besan, rice flakes (chirwa), bajra, leafy vegetables (esp laal saag), raisins, dates, watermelon, posto, kala til in your diet along with citrus fruits, guava, sprouts, raw capsicum/ cabbage. avoid tea/ coffee with these foods.

- iron & folate containing foods such as fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, non veg foods, dates, jaggery, beans, legumes.
