Sir, i have unprotected vaginal sex with a csw 4 months ago. after 4 weeks of the incident i got rashes on my back that spreads equally on both sides and i got bad itching which presents now also. after 10 weeks i got tested for hiv pcr rna test at metropolis and result came'not detected after 4 months i got tested for hiv 4th generation test and result came 0.18 non reactive am i 100 percent sure that i am hiv negative because i am fearing about my symptoms is there any tests required for me according to my symptoms do i need any other std screenings please suggest me because i am going for marriage and i did not want to spoil any others life.

You are HIV negative from your previous exposure. Pl also do HBsAg and VDRL tests after 90 days of exposure. Take HBV vaccines. Your skin. Ledoons can be fungal Infection of Syphilis. It is ok. Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water- proper hydration. For medicine contact on private chat.

Its not contraindicated but it does not cure fatty liver. Fatty liver treatment includes dietary and lifestyle changes and some medicines like Vit E etc.

Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning.
